]]> After years of working together, we have officially touched every piece of the exterior of this home. Occupied by the son of its original owners and his family, this classic 60’s build bi-level in West Caldwell found itself needing upgrades, both cosmetic and performance based. We replaced all the windows, replaced the roof, and installed vinyl siding over the course of about 6 years. Most recently, we had the opportunity to replace their large rear deck with beautiful Trex Transcend decking. The homeowners selected black aluminum balusters and a deck-matching drink rail for a contemporary touch

]]> The owners of this impressive north caldwell colonial wanted a makeover package with all the bells and whistles. We installed James Hardie siding in two different profiles to add interest, in a gorgeous shade of blue. Next we got to work installing a large Trex deck with drink rail and a unique wire based railing to maximize views. We replaced many of the windows on the home, and installed a magnificent provia entry door. Lastly, the contemporary cherry on top was brand new aluminum railings with horizontal balusters

]]> Creating this spacious, low maintenance deck for a relative of a past customer was our pleasure. Trex Decking in saddle, with white railings and black aluminum balusters for a modern flair was a great design choice on part of our customer.

This deck is large enough for the whole family to gather and enjoy each others company in the great outdoors. The deck was designed to coordinate with an existing retractable awning for much needed shade.

The upper deck is used as a dining space, with the lower patio set up as a fire pit lounge. Both are accessible from the lower deck which leads out to the driveway for ease of access.

In addition, laying the deck boards diagonally added just a little something to make this deck really shine. After the fact, the customers were so happy with Trex products that they bough their outdoor furniture from them!
